Not thinking strategically, this is a powerless position and subtracts from the ability to affect proactive change.

Level Three:

The Collaborator

Attempts to deal with The Status Quo by compromising with it. A collaborator is willing to have their views challenged. This additive approach begins to think strategically and unlocks an increased sense of power for the group. Collaborators are catalysts. Unfortunately, because these skills are so rare, most leaders mistake good Collaborators for Game Changers.
